The US has the possibility of providing the greatest opportunities and freedom, but the access is too easily influenced by one’s immediate environment and policies leading to discrimination. Lumenax was created to identify these barriers and create pathways for the growth and progress for individuals, corporations, and communities. Lumenax is a volunteer-based registered 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization.
Our focus is the benefit of Minorities, Immigrants, those impaired by poorer performing school systems, poverty and the pre-sentencing bail system as well as corporations and systems benefiting from the availability of a more diverse and talented workforce.
We facilitate and provide mentorship, connections & networking, and educational, social and financial supports.
To support and empower individuals and communities that are often excluded from opportunities within STEM, Finance, Health and Legal fields and forge connections for growth and employment.
Lumenax will be a catalyst for the elimination of disparities and the establishment of connections for the promotion of all individuals and communities.
